below normal, water 90 and clear. Channel catfish fair on punchbait
at 10-12 ft. along south central streams in the mornings. Bluegill
excellent on plastic worms at 1-2 ft. along north cove in the mornings.

Arcadia: August 23. Elevation
below normal, water 94 and murky. Largemouth and white bass good
on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and plastic worms. Channel and blue
catfish excellent on cut shad and liver. Crappie fair on minnows

Draper: August 22. Boating
closed due to low water conditions. All fishing slow. Report submitted

Hefner: August 23. Elevation
above normal, water 87-94 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Carolina
rigs, crankbaits, jigs and spinnerbaits at 8-20 ft. near deep banks.
Smallmouth bass slow on jigs and soft plastic baits at 10-20 ft.
along weeds, wood and rocky shorelines early and late. White bass
good on curl tail grubs, swimming minnows and lipless baits at
5-15 ft. off the dam and riprap areas. Striped bass hybrids good
on deep diving crankbaits at 10-20 ft. trolling drop-offs in the
lake. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, shrimp and punchbait at
20-25 ft. off the dam. Blue catfish fair on cut baits at 20-30
ft. off the dam. Crappie slow on jigs at 15-25 ft. off the dam.
Walleye slow on crankbaits at 10-20 ft. trolling. Sunfish and bluegill
fair on worms and small jigs at 2-6 ft. Report submitted by Lucky

15. Elevation normal, water 90 and clear. Channel catfish slow
on stinkbait, liver, shad gizzard and cut bait in the lake and

Thunderbird: August
22. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water clear. All fishing slow.

23. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 93 and clear. Largemouth
bass fair on minnows and spinnerbaits along vegetation line. Channel
and blue catfish cut shad at 15 ft. along drop-offs. Crappie good
