Bell Cow: November 3. Elevation below normal, water clear. Bass slow. Channel catfish fair on doughbaits. Crappie fair on minnows an jigs. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Birch: Nov. 3. Elevation normal, water 70 and clear. Crappie good on jigs near submerged structure at 6-12 ft. Flathead and channel catfish very slow below the dam on fresh cut, live shad and worms. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Carl Blackwell: No report submitted this week.

Chandler: November 3. Elevation below normal, water clear. Bass slow. Channel catfish slow. Crappie fair on minnows. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: Oct. 20. Elevation normal and clear. Crappie good on jigs near submerged structure at 6-12 ft. Flathead and channel catfish very slow below the dam on fresh cut, live shad and worms. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Eucha: Nov. 4. Elevation slightly above normal, water 53 and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush and structure at 14-16 ft. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.

Ft. Gibson: Nov. 3. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 67 and stained. Catfish working the banks this weekend and catching some good ones on cut shad and chicken liver. They are biting on limb-lines using sunfish and cut shad. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits and plastic baits. White bass are moving up the river out of the main lake and are slow. Grand: October 28. Water 68 and murky to muddy. Largemouth bass good on bottom jigs, crankbaits and buzzbaits in shallow water. White bass good on rooster tails and white slab spoons at 15-20 ft. around points and bridges. Catfish good on shad and goldfish at 30-40 ft. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 15 ft. Greenleaf: November 4. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and plastic worms in creek channels and weed beds. Catfish fair on cut baits and stinkbaits on bottom . Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at fishing docks and brush structure. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

Hudson: November 3. Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good on plastics. Crappie good on minnows and jigs. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes Counties.

Hulah: Oct. 20. Elevation normal and clear. Crappie good on jigs near submerged structure at 6-12ft. Blue, flathead and channel catfish slow below the dam on live or fresh cut shad. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Kaw: Nov. 3. Elevation normal and murky. Crappie fair on chartruese and black 1/16 oz tube jigs at 15-20 ft. over man- made brush piles. Blue catfish good on cut shad using juglines at 15-30 ft. off of main river channels. White bass good on windy days using crankbaits and spinners off of main lake points and riprap. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic baits in Little Beaver and Otter creeks. Report submitted by Tracy Daniel, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Keystone: November 3. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, buzzbaits (early) and tube baits at 3-6 ft. in creeks and backs of coves. Smallmouth bass fair on jig and chunkbaits, topwater lures (early) and crankbaits at 6-10 ft. around gravel points. Spotted bass fair on buzzbaits (early), small crankbaits and rattletraps at 5-8 ft. around bluffs and banks with large boulders. White bass fair on minnows, jigs and rooster tails at 3-8 ft. below the dam and around windy points on the lake. Striped bass fair on bucktails and storm swim baits at 3-6 ft. below the dam. Channel catfish fair on liver and worms at 5-10 ft. in creeks and coves. Blue catfish fair on cut shad and shrimp at 6-12 ft. around flats off creek channels. Flathead catfish slow on goldfish and live shad at 8-12 ft. along rocky banks. Crappie fair on minnows and blue/white or pink/white jigs at 10-18 ft. around brush piles, docks and ledges. Lower Illinois: November 3. Elevation normal, water 61 and clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and topwater lures from surface to 2 ft. in weed beds, coves and road beds. Striped bass good on live baits at 1-3 ft. all along the river. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on cut baits on bottom all along the river. Walleye fair on minnows on bottom at the mouth of the river. Trout slow on power baits on bottom at Watts Dam and Gore Landing. Report submitted by D. Tracy, Town of Gore.

Oologah: Nov. 3. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 70 and murky. Blue catfish good on livers and shad around standing timber on the north end of the lake. Crappie fair around brush piles at 10-15 ft. on minnows and jigs. White bass fair below the dam on jigs. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.

Pawhuska Lake:  Nov. 3. Elevation below normal, water 68 and clear. Trout excellent on spoons and inline spinners and good on powerbait, and marshmellows with 16 inch leaders. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Skiatook: October 28. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 70's and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around stump beds, backs of coves and along creek channels. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County. For more information about Skiatook Lake.

Sooner: November 4. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and slabs and on topwater lures, sassy shad and ghost minnows in the discharge. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Spavinaw: Nov. 4. Elevation slightly above normal, water 65 and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around the dam area. Largemouth bass air on spinner baits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.

Tenkiller: October 27. Elevation normal, water 67 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft bass jigs off rocky points. White bass good on shallow banks and near Petit islands on spinners, spoons or jigs. Crappie fair around docks on 1/32 oz. jigs or minnows. Sunfish good around docks on night crawlers. Webbers Falls: November 4. Elevation normal, water 57 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, jigs and worms along riprap and creek channels.
