Lake of the Arbuckles: January  9. Parts of lake frozen over. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Blue River: January 12. Elevation normal, water 35 and clear. Trout good on power bait, super dupers, in-line spinnerbaits and yellow marshmallows. Fly-fishing has been good to excellent on San Juan worms, soft hackle pheasant tails, zebra midges, olive woolly buggers and elk hair caddis flies. Bass slow on soft plastics and small jigs. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait and livers. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.

Broken Bow: January 10. Largemouth bass slow. Smallmouth bass slow. Catfish being caught on juglines with cut bait and shad. Walleye should be getting better in late January and early February close to rivers. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Eufaula: January 10. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass slow. White bass slow. Blue catfish fair on shad over deeper flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs inside boat docks with brush. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.

Hugo:  January 10. Elevation 1 ft. above normal. Crappie fair on jigs below the dam during water releases. Lake fishing is slow. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw County.

Konawa: January 10. Elevation normal, water 38 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms at 15 ft. in the discharge canal. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.

Lower Mountain Fork River: No report submitted this week.

McGee Creek: January 10. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 39 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 16-25 ft. Crappie best off of creek channels around submerged brush. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.

Murray: No report submitted this week.

Pine Creek: January 10. Elevation above normal, water murky. Bass slow. Crappie fair on jigs near tops in deep water.  Catfish fair on juglines with cut shad in deep water. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Robert S. Kerr: January 12. Elevation normal, water murky. Due to frozen water conditions over most of the lake, all fishing slow. Report submitted by Leland Sockey, game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Sardis Lake: January 10. Elevation slightly above normal, water 41. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County.

Texoma: January 10. Elevation normal, water 28 and clear. Smallmouth bass fair to good around the riprap and sandy points. Striped bass fair to good in the river channels. Blue catfish fair to good from Platter Flats north. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Danny Club, game warden stationed in Bryan County.

Wister: January 10. Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic worms and spinnerbaits. Crappie fair on small spinnerbaits, pink jigs and minnows. Channel and blue catfish fair on juglines with cut shad and liver. Report submitted by Randy Fennel, game warden stationed in LeFlore County.
