BASS ~ Good. Start with a Carolina rigged ZOOM trick worm in green
pumpkin color or Gambler bacon rind in melon seed colors in 8'
to 12' of water along creeks and ditches next to spawning areas
. As day warms move up to 2ft to 6ft and throw a fire cracker colored
spinner baits with gold double willow leafs or a senko in greenpumpkin/amber
. Remember to spray all your baits with Kick N Bass.
BREAM ~ Slow. On worms and Berkly Power Maggots over brush on
edge of creeks.
CRAPPIE
~ Good. Around brush in 4 to 12 of water on shinners and 1/16
oz. black/chartreuse colored tubes.
CATFISH ~ Good. In 6' to 12' of water on Catfish Charlie and liver
around shallow flats towards the backs of creeks on liver.
WHITE BASS ~ Excellent. Up river the annual migration has started
SY'S rabbit flash jigs in olive/brown and of course live crawfish
working best on the river.
